- How are shipping costs calculated?
- We usually try to provide free shipping but if it’s not a free shipping item:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight/volume.
- We generally use AU POST as our primary delivery partner for most of our products.

- Do you offer any warranty?
- GlobalEStore generally offers a 12-month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise.
- Some products will be provided with an extended warranty, please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.
- Damages that occur as a result of misuse of the product by the user or during delivery will not be covered by our warranty.
- The warranty does not cover any accessories or bonus gifts. With regards to the accessories and bonus gifts, they would be noted in our listing, including (but limited to) battery, carry bag, etc.
- Damage on Arrival (DOA)
- Warranty only applies to items that are broken on arrival or appear not to be functioning on initial usage.
- The following terms and conditions apply to DOA warranty:
- Kindly check the item(s) thoroughly, and send us an email with pictures or videos of any damages or faults after receiving the item(s).
- We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after our warranty timeframe, and additional charges (postage and handling fee) may apply.
- Please do not return any faulty item to us without our approval

- What should I do if there is a part missing?
- Kindly make sure to check the packaging thoroughly as the small components might become loose during the shipping.
- After a thorough check, if you fail to find the missing part, kindly contact us immediately so that we can offer our assistance
- Refund and replacement
- Refund and replacement generally take up to 2 working days to process, and we will notify you after it has been processed.
NOTE:
- A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled, or mistakenly installed.
- Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
