1. FAST SHIPPING ITEMS FROM AUSTRALIAN SUPPLIERS:
Handling and shipment:
The orders are generally dispatched within 24 to 48hrs (Business days only).
Your patience would be highly appreciated for the tracking number. Soon after the order is dispatched, we would be able to provide a tracking number.
Estimated delivery time frames:
- For our customers in VIC, approximately 3 – 5 working days.
- For our customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 – 8 working days.
- For our customers in QLD, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 7 – 10 working days.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there is an update on the courier’s estimated delivery time as below:
- For our customers in VIC, approximately 8 – 13 working days.
- For our customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 10 – 15 working days.
- For our customers in QLD, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 12 – 19 working days.
NOTE:
Delivery time only starts after the item has been dispatched from our supplier’s warehouse (usually 1 – 2 working days after receipt of cleared payment).
All delivery times are estimated, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and time. However, you can always track your order using the tracking number provided. Delivery may be affected by ongoing COVID restrictions and natural disasters in various states. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this situation.

Undeliverable Packages:
In the unlikely event that your package is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.

Inaccurate address:
In the event of any address discrepancies with orders and the product is returned to us, a customer care team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt:
A notification will be left in the mailbox to pick up your parcel at your local post office if you are not present when the order is delivered by Australia Post.
If your item is being delivered by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will be made in advance to deliver your item at your convenience.
A re-delivery cost may occur if you are not home at the arranged time.

Rejected by Receiver:
If your item is a gift, kindly ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if the parcel needs to be resent.

Undeliverable postcodes:
We are doing our best to deliver our products throughout Australia. However, there are still some postcodes that some products cannot be delivered. Some products will incur additional shipping costs if the order can be delivered in those areas. These orders without shipping service will be automatically cancelled and refunded by email notification. If you wish to have it delivered to regional areas or remote locations, please contact customer service before ordering.

Item not arrived:
If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, kindly contact our customer service team. Pick up or arranging your own courier is not available.

We are glad to bring our customers some exceptional great value bargain items. These may have a bit higher time frames than usual.
These are shipped from International warehouses in China, US and UK. Time frames may vary but we generally try to arrange them in
10-15 Business days. (Excluding 24 to 48 hrs processing time.)
